Avco Painting began over 45 years ago in South Florida painting commercial structures and has grown to one of the premier painting resources for the Condominium, Education Institution, and Retail Mall establishments here in the Tri-County Area.
Owner Bryan Ells has taken increased the size of the headquarters from the offices in Coral Gables, Florida to occupying part of the office Park in Miramar, Florida as the personnel has more than doubled in the last two years.
Counting the University of Miami, Broward and Miami Dade Colleges as just some of the projects that continue to grow the size of the company, Avco Painting looks forward to working with General Contractors, Architects and Developers as they retrofit, build or just perform build outs on existing structures around South Florida.
Homeowner’s Associations have become particularly interested in a “package” presented to the boards to address a “bulk” paint out that satisfies both the homeowners and the HOA boards to both quality and color.
No Project is too large for Avco Painting as we can scale to meet the needs of the client, and working on the scheduling with the General Contractor, Avco focuses on a completion time that is on time and within the original budget, MAC orders notwithstanding.
